Just want to give a big shout out to Tony & Mark from Explorer RV in Brendale for completing our warranty bits & pieces plus our 1st Service on our Legend Van all in one day when they were extremely busy and therefore we avoided having to stay somewhere overnight as we’d travelled from Burleigh. Great customer service guys!!

I was referred by my building manager to Viva Plumbing. I received excellent prompt service at a very affordable price. They resolved my issue with the inwall cistern and assisted with shower drainage and seals. They are now my new plumber that I won't hesitate to engage again!

What an amazing service by Ritchie! Just moved into a property with a lousy kitchen tap, low water flow hence hot water doesn't kick in. Ritchie came recommended by Salisbury locals. Ritchie talked me through on the phone for a simple solution. "Save you the call out fee" he said. Asked me to check the aerator. 1minute later. BINGO! He was spot on. Viva saved me. My toilet valve malfunctioned on Wednesday evening. I despaired, as I know how busy tradies are. My apartment complexes gardener recommended Ritchie and I phoned him, yesterday morning. He was so very kind and reassuring that the toilet would be fixed, that day. Total relief! True to his word, he sent Ben over and it was all fixed before noon. Ben did a very thorough job. The invoice is well set out and I consider the charges to be very fair. Viva plumbing has been my go to plumber for the last 5 years. Richie is always punctual and professional, and gets the problem fixed with a minimum of fuss. He's also friendly and kept me in the loop when I was not on site. Highly recommended!

Richie did regular plumbing maintenance work for us when we were tenants. He was always prompt, friendly, on-time, and suggested sensible solutions to plumbing problems. I have always found him very easy to communicate with, and understand issues. Now we are owner-occupiers I got him to come and do a bunch of plumbing and roof maintenance. Got exactly the same top-level service, very happy with the outcomes. Very highly recommended.

Matt was willing to take on my request to fix a leaking outdoor tap even though he was meant to be starting his holidays. Fixed the leaking tap and relocated the pipe to the right place for me. Was perfectly on time and great work, super quick and professional. Super happy and now my back stairs don't have a permanent puddle under them!
