Josh did an excellent job at replacing the glass from my French doors that my daughter accidentally smashed. I called Friday and he came out first thing Monday morning so it wasn’t a hazard for too long.

I broke a front window at my house in Moss Vale while mowing at about 3:30pm yesterday (Friday) afternoon. Today we have my son’s first birthday party so I was a little stressed when it happened. I called Josh at Southern Highlands Glazing and he was at my place within 15mins and the window was replaced in under an hour. He was also extremely reasonable with the price and even helped me clean up the mess I made. Josh from Southern Highlands Glazing is an absolute fair dinkum gentleman! Josh installed a dog door for us whilst also noticing some of the glass around the house had slide out of its place and was letting cold air into the house. He suggested a quick fix until he could come back and repaid all the issues. He has since come back a 3rd time and installed a beautiful shower screen in my bathroom! Would 10/10 recommend and will use again

My window frame broke in the wind on a rainy day. Josh was very responsive and had it fixed within hours even though it was an old window and a difficult job. Highly recommended!

We required new double glazing for all 4 panels of a massive triangle window and another large picture window. Based on his reviews, I contacted Josh via email and he phoned within an hour, inspected within a couple of days, we had a quote within the week. Unbeknown to Josh, we had a realistic guess at what it might cost us and he was right on the money - we didn’t bother getting another quote. The panels were installed and Josh went above and beyond by sourcing AND painting new beading for the windows.

His attention to detail was inspiring and had the patience of a saint 🙂 Josh went over and beyond to get them perfect , he even helped me paint the frames. We had a highly stressful situation with large window being completely smashed by a rock last Sunday morning. Contacted Josh and he came within an hour to clean up the mess and secure the window. He was extremely professional, helpful and caring of our situation, and was able to install a new window the following day. I would highly recommend him for any repairs or window installations.
