Dealt with Alex at Streamline Pool Resurfacing to repair a crack in our fibreglass pool at Peregian and everything from start to finish was excellent. Communication was great from the initial phone call to on site inspection to completion of work. Process was explained, job was fitted into busy schedule, photos sent through showing progress and completion to a high standard. Highly recommend Alex and the company.

Alex and his team were simply fantastic! Alex gave us a clear plan on expectations and timelines which he adhered to. Professional and friendly team, nothing was a problem for them -very accommodating.

Couldn't be happier and more satisfied with the customer service provided to us at Verona Stone. Thank you to Tas for his patience, guidance and advice. Verona Stone was the ONLY wholesaler we visited which allowed us to choose the actual slab we wanted...other businesses we shopped at, would only allow us to choose the front piece of granite and were not open to allowing us to see other slabs behind the front piece...and when paying $$$$$, this to us was a winning move by Verona Stone.

Steven was great at locating our leaking problem on our roof and fixing the situation in a timely fashion...this was especially challenging given the ongoing weather but Steven was there when the weather gave him a chance and we are very grateful for the work done and his professionalism. He always kept in contact and was always on time and true to his word in terms of when the work could be done. Can't recommend him enough!!

We are really fortunate to have Stewart as our pre-purchase plumbing inspection. He was really thorough and his report enabled us to know what we were buying into. His report was clear, identified the issues and listed the necessary solutions with a quotation for each issue. This gave us peace of mind in making our decision on whether to purchase.

Drain was blocked and sewerage was spilling Steve came within 2 hours and was very professional and friendly, he checked and cleared our pipes and contacted unity water on our behalf as the blockage was not on our property ,the issue was resolved in one day, Steve even called later to check how everything was going. I can’t recommend him enough, and don’t worry about price he was very reasonable.

I contacted Steve regarding an issue with our on-site sewerage system. He attended promptly and after a detailed assessment determined he was unable to assist directly. He then outlined a number of potential solutions and recommended contacts. All at no cost. Steve showed a genuine interest in identifying a workable solution for our issue. I was impressed with his approach and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others.

Steve came out to our property after we were referred to him by our waste water plumber. Steve went over and beyond to help us out to fix our issue, called his contacts and spent a bit of time on our property. Will absolutely recommend Steve for any septic issues as he is reliable, professional and excellent value. We will use him in the future should any more issues arise with our septic.

Just wanted to give Steve a shout out. His service was 10/10. Steve was at my house an hour after making my first enquiry. Steve managed to unblock my drain very quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, whilst he was in there he found that there was a big chunk of concrete that was causing the blocked drain which Steve could not clear due to how big and awkwardly shaped it was- it was impossible to get it to pass through the pipes. After a long time of trying his absolute BEST to clear this concrete Steve had to call it a day.. He didn't just stop there though. He made a call to another plumber he knew that would be able to get this chunk of concrete out for me and let him know the situation before I called to organise a time. Just exceptional customer service. Thanks Steve!!!

Hi all, we had a leak occur on the weekend while we were away, got home on the Monday to find it all happening under our driveway slab. It was great to have someone able to respond on time as promised and resolve it quickly. I was very impressed with the way the leak was traced and very minimum impact on the concrete in finding and opening up to the leak.

The price was very good value for what was done. I highly recommend these folks. I was very glad I went to them first.
