I received excellent service from Bryce and Waterloo Plumbing during installation of a new kitchen sink and mixer. They were flexible in adapting to my timeframes and went out of their way to collect parts. Extremely happy with the standard of the finished work.

Bryce and his team were super prompt, well priced and got the job done! Had a little toy dinosaur clogging the drains. I had another plumber come and clean out the drains a few months ago, but didn’t get the toy dino out. Happy customer!

I engaged Bryce to install 1 gas hot water + 1 heat pump after my usual plumber had an emergency and was unable to work for a few weeks. Bryce showed up on time and installed the systems as required. I requested labour + material rather than a fixed price quote. He charged 5h of labour plus material for the job.

I couldn’t recommend Bryce and Waterloo plumbing highly enough. My old water heater started leaking on a Sunday morning. 1 phone call and Bryce was on my doorstep within 15 minutes. He temporarily fixed the leak to get me by until new unit arrived. New heater arrived next day. Bryce came back that day and had it all installed up and running. Fast efficient and a lovely man to deal with. Will definitely call on Bryce@ Waterloo Plumbing again.
