After contacting two other local businesses and having them not turn up, I contacted GKR on recommendation of someone. Not only did they schedule a time and day, they rang the day prior to confirm the appointment.

Recently my gas hot water service started to play up over a couple days until it got so bad I had to call a plumber. Got on the internet to look for a plumber and saw that GKR plumbing had really good reviews.

I called the office and spoke to Angela and explained the issue, she booked me in the very next day. Right on the designated time, Grant arrived and went straight to work. I had to leave and go to work. During the morning Grant contacted me and gave me a detailed description of the problem and the best and most efficient way to rectify it.

In the end I had to replace the hot water service, but I have to say that right from the start, the service provided by GKR plumbing was first rate. Friendly, professional and speedy service. Grant went out of his way to help me out, fitting me in between other jobs he had on for the day.

The best part was unexpected, the follow up call the next day by Grant to see if everything was ok and if I had any questions about the work he performed.
