I have an old wall mounted Conica Air Conditioner that was not operating and dripping lots of water and I thought I would have to (expensively) replace. I was expecting a long wait, but they returned my call quickly and attended promptly. Steve thoroughly cleaned and serviced both parts of the Unit (wall and roof), diagnosing and solving the problem (with parts) in one efficient visit. The price was very fair and Steve was so efficient, warm, trustworthy and kind. Highly recommended!

Steve and his team were wonderful to work with! He got us booked in quickly, showed up on time, and walked us through the whole servicing process. You can tell he's been in the game a long time since he cleaned all the mould off our aircon systems super efficiently, and had us breathing clean air again! He was also upfront about all the costs which were quite reasonable compared to others.

Steve is the epitomy of a genuine, hardworking and honest person. Our airconditioning unit is 10 yrs old. We have had issues with it on and off for the last 24 months. Have previously dealt with a few "repairers" from larger companies who attempted to fix the problem to no avail, but also gave us ridiculous recommendations at an exorbitant rate. Steve came and moved and serviced an airconditioning unit for us. We were told by others that it had to be replaced, they charged us for quoting, so when Steve came out and had a look he was refreshingly candid about what could and could not be done and said he believed the system could be relocated and serviced and improve it. Steve responded later that day and was able to identify and isolate the issue. Unfortunately, I had such an old unit that I needed new parts installed. Steve explained this clearly and was upfront about costs and timeframes as he needed to source the parts. Steve was able to fully repair the unit. He was always available if I had any questions and he communicated clearly throughout the process. Really honest and skilled technicians - I will definitely use them for all AC related issues in the future!
