Needed a plumber to repair a pipe same day and these guys responded quickly and came out and did a great job.

Geelong Plumbing Co's latest visit was to replace a water filter, check on and clean gutters and do some minor bathroom maintenance. They completed these tasks with their usual politeness and and efficiency.

We were fortunate and smart enough to use Clearwater Plumbing and lucky enough to have Jem assist us. Jayden's communication, flexibility and understanding was also outstanding.

We found Jem to be cheerful and absolutely clear of what he thought the issue was (and he was bang on every time) and everything he did was first class. Communication is the absolute key to everything, and his communication was excellent. He was methodical in what he did and every time I had a question, he always listened actively, not just feeling he had to stop to hear a noise or whine from a customer (if you know what I mean).

I would be more than happy to have him return as our regular plumber should the need arise.

I had a toilet that wasn't flushing. I rang clear view from a google search and a visit was booked in the very next day. I received a text to update me on the arrival time. Jayden was amazing. He went through all of my options with rough price guides to suit my budget. He took the time to have a look at some other issues I was having and advised me on a plan moving forward. Looking forward to completing future works on my bathroom and kitchen. Honest and reliable!!
