FM was professional, polite and safety conscious. Fraser got the job done within and hour and was very patient in taking the time to try and explain the issue to me. He was excellent at describing the potential issue, the corrective action, and costs associated and providing updates as he went. Even going so far and to chat to my 4yo and including her in the plumbing discussion. She was very intrigued!

Also worth noting, Fraser M wore all available PPE and I noticed, even though his vehicle was parked in my driveway, he used witches hats as an added safety measure for when the jet hose was drawn from the vehicle to the service area.

The issue wss corrected the best it could be and I look forward to the report for reference.

Dave.C was very friendly and professional especially for a Sunday. He was able to identify the cause of the leaky shower head, and provide two quotes. He was also able to show what the issue was and was able to advise what he had done to fix it. Thank you.

Andrew took us to the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal to join a week long cruise, then picked us up again after the cruise. His Tesla 3 limo was great! Andrew was very responsive to messages and his communication with us from the beginning right through to the end of our trip was fantastic! He even collected us earlier than scheduled when we returned and disembarked the ship earlier than anticipated. Would definitely re-book next time we need reliable limo transport and service!

Didn’t have anything to eat but had a very pleasant experience. The café is very cosy and the vibe is relaxed, staff is kind and professional. The cold drip was really good. Too bad they don’t have a wider selection of healthy smoothies, juice selection is good.
