I've been seeing Shane on and off since 2009 (the off times being my own laziness). Shane has helped me through 2 weight loss journeys, the first time I lost 30kg, this time I'm about 1/4 the way through and now I realise I need to keep this level of exercise up for life. Shane is not your average PT, he helps you with the full package: nutrition, strength training, cardio, weight loss, whatever your goals and fitness level. He regularly checks in and gives out "homework" for during the week so you can't slack off.
