They built a fantastic renovation on time and within budget. The builder was superb to deal with, he was clear and concise with his specifications and the overall experience was something that has driven me to build again. This is the second time I have used Andrea and her team ...I returned years later because she was so helpful the first time..and that is how it was again. I wouldn't have got a loan without her , the bank I was with was making it impossible. Dave really saved the day! A few days of rain caused massive water damage to our house in Lota. After a few 10k quotes!! I spoke with Dave and we collectively came up with a plan to tackle the water issues. No heavy machinery needed, just a bit of good old hard work. In the end the problem is fixed and it came in under 2k. Highly recommend!!

Comdain were involved in the replacement of water pipes in our street recently, on behalf of Urban Utilities. The contractors were all very considerate and hard working. Every person was polite and helpful, realising the disruption these works were causing to the residents. The crew replaced our driveway and laid turf where major digging had occurred. They kept their equipment and tools tidy and safe, cleaning up promptly after completion. We greatly appreciated all they did.

Dave is a friendly bloke, I felt comfortable with him in my home. He fixed a leaking pipe and changed the bath & shower taps to a mixer then he came back at short notice when I changed my mind about the tapware :-) I had builders in at the time and he was very understanding of their time frames. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a plumber they can trust, at a reasonable price.

Thank you Mark and team for the amazing experience we have had with the Building of our house. As novice house builders we were so pleased that Mark assisted us with many decisions that have made such a positive difference to the overall build. The craftsmanship is superb, the after service has been as excellent as the service was through out the build. All the sub contractors that worked on the site through Mark were all as obliging and pleasant to work with as Mark and his team were. I can say that we built a large house with out any hiccups or drama's, the communication was excellent at all times. The neighbors have all commented to us what a clean build site it was and how pleasant all the tradies were to deal with during the process.
