I got in touch based on good reviews Tuesday afternoon, and had attendance within the hour. Diagnosed problem (which was man made by me) and provided great advice. Sourced an additional part to help counteract the issue, and came back the next day to install.

Rob was amazing. I needed a dishwasher swapped over - first of all instead of trying to charge me unreasonable amounts he tried to help me over the phone to do a self install. Turned out it needed a professional's touch and he was prompt (in fact early), professional and pretty much did the job for a very reasonable price. He was so good and patient to my super inquisitive 4 year old son and my ageing dog as well.Thank you!!!

Rob was able to squeeze us in between jobs as we had no hot water for 36 hours. He fixed our hot water system problem efficiently, Rob is pleasant and professional and came prepared for a number of things that may have been the issue. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Rob was an incredible help to us! He is clearly a people first person and really looked out for us. We had a shower head replacement which was an easy job and he went out of his way to replace the head for me, and show me (someone who has never done this kind of thing before) how to do it myself in the future.

I got in touch with Rob from RLM to get a second quote for a job. I believe it is a simple job and can be done relatively fast. He rang pretty much straight away. I told him what I said here. He was very patient; and way beyond my expectation, he went through all the details of what need to be done and what materials are required for the job. In the end we did the job ourselves. It didn't take my husband even 2 hours. I gave him 5 star review for his quality advise and patience. I will definitely go with him when I need a plumber as I believe my experience is enough to convince myself he is someone I can trust to do a great job!

In this day and age its very hard to find people who give you genuine advice. Robert is very professional, knowledgeable and genuine. Highly recommend him and will definitely be contacting him for any plumbing matters in the future.

Rob was fantastic and such a lovely guy. I highly recommend. Rob went above and beyond to fix a very old tap and put a new water filter in for us. We will be using Rob for all future plumbing.
