I have had plumbers over to my place over the years and I can say that Chris and the Plumbing Gang are not common. They are clean, they tidy up after themselves and they are approachable. When a tradesperson comes into your home, it is usually the minor things that they do that you notice and makes the difference. Like having a mat to place their tools on the floor so that it does not damage the floor. Or asking the right questions to determine whether an additional service (ie. more business for them) is really necessary before undertaking it. They make you feel comfortable and their work ethic give you peace of mind.

Max has replaced and installed our new Bathroom vanity sink and tapware as per quoted and explanation. Happy with the result especially new pipe connection with cap for hot & cold water (previously there are no cap from previous Renovator) .

Chris is a champion tradie! My laundry flooded when we moved in and Chris had someone come to me within the hour. They were very professional, had the problem fixed in no time and were very, very reasonably priced. The plumbing gang came to my rescue within the hour!!! My pipes for the hot water system were leaking. I rang Chris and and he sent Matt who came to investigate and knew exactly what was needed to fix it. Got the job done within the next hour including installing a new cistern for me! I would recommend their service anytime.

Chris was punctual, efficient and professional. He used quality products and cleaned up after completing the job. Prices are on the slightly higher side, but that's what you pay for to have quality service. Having dealt with a number of tradespeople in my time, it's rare to find tradespeople who can provide the level of quality service that the Plumbing Gang provides.

So sorry I had forgotten the name of the young lad who attended however I believe his name may have been Mark who had attended the address in Eight Mile Plains to have a look at a leaking water meter. He clearly communicated with us the issue after having a look and offered great service. Christian his boss had also clearly communicated the issue and has also got in contact with Urban utilities to come out and replace the water meter. Would highly recommend The Plumbing gang. They had come out on-site the same day which was really helpful to me and my family. We had been asking Urban utilities to have a look for almost a month to which they hadn’t but The plumbing gang did and we are grateful. Thank you team

Required my rainwater tank pipe to be replaced, Christian was very professional from the beginning and organised to get it fixed as soon as possible. Max came and fixed the pipe quicker than expected which was a bonus and I couldn't fault anything at all. Both were great blokes and will recommend others to them!
