An amazing service! Having both a plumber and registered builder to do the inspection is extremely valuable. They are very responsive, turned a 58 page, extremely detailed report around the next day. The report highlighted various major structural issues with property and got us out of the contract of sale (conditional to inspection). Saved us from major issues down the track. Worth every dollar. What a fantastic show by Rory today at Birregurra preschool. The children thought is was amazing 🤩. I liked the elephant toothpaste experiment, I liked the person in a bubble, the smoke rings were so cool. We will definitely have Rory back next time.
