Cherise is experienced in training many fitness levels and different ages. She offers group personal training, aqua sessions (seasonal), travel fitness, sport and career specific training, and specialises in one on one personal training.The premises are professional, private and friendly. There is a large variety of cardio and strength training equipment and the pool is open during the warmer months. No more waiting to use equipment in the gym - sessions are by appointment so you get the whole studio to yourself! Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle size, increase fitness or simply improve your health - even if you want all of the above - Cherise can show you how!
