frustrating checkout service as I am consistently overcharged when an incorrect code is used. I am considering going elsewhere - at least Coles has a policy of giving you the item for free if they make a mistake - if Fresh had the same policy perhaps the staff would start being more accountable - management, please do something about this.
I live in Greenwell Point, an hour's drive from Warilla and I have to go to Wollongong about once a fortnight. It would be unusual if I didn't call into Mitchell's as their prices are low and their service high. Their staff are pleasant and obliging. The only thing wrong with them is they don't deliver door to door or have an outlet in our area.
