We recently went on a holiday to Paynesville and stayed in one of the Riviera Properties Limited accommodation apartments. There were so many great things about this place I don't know where to start. The apartments were very modern, bright and clean with excellent facilities, the view out over the water was extraordinary at sunrise and sunset, if you are into sailing as my husband and son are then it is a perfect place as there are marina's just outside the apartments.

The price of the Riviera Properties Limited apartment was on the expensive side but quite worth it.

Riviera Properties Limited are offering floating jetty berths on a floating marina on Lake King in Metung. Being quite into sailing this would be an optimal place to leave my yacht, having been sailing on Lake King I can say it is one of my favourite places to sail in Victoria. From what I have obtained from contacting Riviera Properties Limited the marina is sheltered with a rock breakwater and has security, parking and water facilities. I am seriously considering purchasing one of the berths as the price is quite reasonable as well.

Riviera Properties waterfront properties

I have recently retired and am looking for a place to retire too. After taking a trip down to Paynesville to have a look at one of Riviera Properties land lots I instantly knew this could be a place I could retire to. I am an avid sailor and enjoy fishing, these activities could be done right outside my door. I am definitely considering moving to Paynesville and into one of Riviera Properties Lots.

We just bought a great block of land in Metung from Riviera Properties. The area is amazing and the activities to do are unlimited. We are also thinking about purchasing a floating marina berth from Riviera Properties
