Two of the world's legendary car marques, Ferrari and Maserati, have a new home in Sydney with the opening of  dLook New Cars Category, the first stage in a multi-million dollar development.

dLook New Cars Category William Street showroom provides 550 square metres of display space for new Ferrari and Maserati cars, while on the other side of William Street, the former showroom of Modena Motors has been redeveloped into a facility for pre-owned Ferraris and Maseratis.

The service centre in Whiting Street, Artarmon, has also been enlarged to 1400 sqm, with a 700 sqm secure car storage area. The workshop now has ten hoists with a further four workshop bays. In addition to all latest tools and equipment,

dLook New Cars Category has the only technicians in Sydney who are fully factory trained, including technician training in Italy once a year. "With 20 years of experience with Maserati we offer a unique level of passion and dedication," explains Tony, Dealer Principal. "Our aim now is not just provide the same level of support for Ferrari owners, but to take quality of our business for both marques to a point where we can be benchmarked against any Ferrari or Maserati dealership in the world."

With this target in mind, it is, therefore no surprise that, impressive though the new facilities in East Sydney and Artarmon are, they are just the beginning for a complete regeneration of facilities for Ferrari and Maserati owners in New South Wales. Work has already commenced on an all-new facility to the south of the Sydney CBD which will ultimately replace the sales centre in William Street and provide a complementary service centre for the existing North Shore facility.

"Ferrari and Maserati produce what are undoubtedly the best cars in the world," explains Mr Graziani. "Our role is to provide at every level customer service that matches the qualities of the cars, reflects their unique heritage and which meets every demand and requirement of their owners. The opening of these new facilities isn't the completion of the project, it is just the start!"

Honda Tynan Service

Very Unhappy said on 17th Feb 2012:

We have a Honda Accord Euro which drives beautifully, took it to Tynan for service and came back with a wooing noise in the background. They said it is because of swapping front and rear tyres which is a big lie as we marked our tyres beforehand, anyway left the car there for two days and they didn't call us back and we had to call them on Friday afternoon and they still haven't done anything, they kept lying and it is so disappointing!
