Complete disaster.
Unreliable shuttle.
a) wait for shuttle 20 - 40min
b) the parking is about 15 - 20min from airport after dropping off tiger, virgin then quantas/jetstar
c) 1 shuttle running

waited 40min to get to airport. missed flight. 20min trip to airport.

Do not recommend at all!

They take no responsibility for any damage to cars left there. They wont even talk to you if you have a problem. The yard is quite small, when I got there there was no place to park. When I returned a week later my car was damaged. There are many bad reviews on the web about Airport Car Parking Direct. I wish I had gone somewhere else.

We booked this place for airport parking and when we showed up, we were able to drive into the 'secure' parking yard where there were no attendants to be seen. We did see lots of cars, parked, with some windows open and all that we saw had their keys either in the ignition or on the dashboard. We tried to find someone but couldn't so left. We did ring to cancel our booking and raised our concerns regarding the security of the parking area. The lady on the phone was rude, unhelpful and basically told us we were liars as there was no way we could have been in the 'secure' parking area.

We were refused a refund and when we tried to discuss this with the company, the lady hung up on us. We did call back to get her details, but she hung up again without giving any identification information.

APPEARS TO BE A VERY DODGY OPERATION. Do yourself a favour and pay the few extra bucks to park somewhere else!
