hi i had a complaint with selectv i sent them an email tuesday they rang me on wednesday came out and fixed it thursday so i think they have very good customer service i would not hesitate to tell my friends to subscribe to selectv more affordable than other pay tv services

I rang these guys to sign up and the phone was answered within 3 minutes. I gave a specific date for the installation due to work commitments and was given the ok. Two days later I was told I couldnt get my install done on this day and that I should never have been give a specific date. I tried to cancel the service, it took 2 days and nearly an hour on hold. This mob are quick to answer your calls when your signing up but dont hold your breath if you need to ring them about anything else. Poor poor poor service.

I note with interest the rapidity in which this crowd will install. Just wait to you want to cancel the service, they wont talk to you on the phone they wont answer your emails, in short they'll take your busines but really don't like to give it back!. I'm still trying to have the service cancelled - Hopeless

Living in country Victoria our TV reception was unreliable at best. We rang Select and had their system installed within 2 days. We now have excellent reception and heaps of variety. Even if our free reception was to improve we would still keep the select service.

I used to subscribe to the other crowd until I had a problem one day and tried to ring them for service. I hung up after being on hold for I don't know how long and rang these guys. Not only did I get through straight away but I had the service installed 2 days later and I'm not paying as much.
