Good products, but to no benefit because their customer service/sales department simply will not respond to online or telephone enquiries, even after many polite and enthusiastic attempts to buy. They seem determined not to sell their products, as they just will not communicate with customers. Quite inexplicable!

I bought a packet of their Cockatiel mix. I would say that 60 percent of it were sunflower seeds. But then they also had whole pieces of corn it it. Shouldve taken a closer look at what was in the packet.... Trying to find their Website for a complaint.....
