    BBQ not in fully working condition.

    Post-rental, we were charged $50 instead of $25 as per terms and conditions for cleaning. Only a handful of sand on the bathroom floor.

    We were also charged an ARBITRARY amount of $120 for damages, no quotes or receipts whatsoever.”
