About Bilita Food Services

We are an Australian Family owned and operated business, run by father and son team Bill and Russell Green. Bilita commenced distribution in 1973 and over the past three decades have grown considerably and now employ over 20 staff and run a fleet of 10 deliveries vehicles. In recent years, Bilita has become HACCP approved (HACCP is a health based safe food handling program), ensuring all goods are treated in both a safe & healthy manner. We have also become a member of NAFDA (National Food Distributors Association), thus giving us a greater buying power, allowing us to distribute goods at a cheaper rate; and in the long run, saving our customers money. Bilita is well known as a distributor of high quality frozen foods, pre-packaged goods, small goods, dairy products, poultry, packaging, fresh salads and party foods. Bilita has responded to today’s market needs by providing convenience, variety and quality in both products and service. Our fleet of delivery vehicles service the greater Sydney metropolitan area, supplying to a wide range of customers including restaurants, takeaways, nursing homes, school canteens, hotel bistros, clubs, cafes, caterers and various entertainments venues. Bilita moved from its home of over 20 years at Homebush in September 2005 to bigger and better premises. The warehouse in Granville has a two level shop, showcasing the many varied products that Bilita supply not only to the catering trade, but also direct to the public. On a regular basis Bilita has product demonstrations, where members of the public can come in and taste test new products.
