When our computer system crashed it took out all 11 work stations. The company which installed our system offered to send a technician the next day. I rang Superior (on spec) and they had a tech at our Ryde office within 2 hours and our system was up and running an hour after he arrived. He also optimised our internal networking system which now works much better than it ever did. Needless to say we now have a new IT support providor. Full Marks!
