I purchased two items from the Sparkling Dragon website, I received an email from Alana telling me my order had been received and then received another email telling me when my order had been dispatched and asking if I would kindly let her know when the parcel arrived at my house. It was great customer service and I really felt like Alana cared. They both (unfortunately for me) were gifts but I will certainly be back to order some things for myself in the not too distant future.

Hi Alana, Just wanted to let you know that I received your parcel yesterday. I am absolutely thrilled with the bracelet. The red colours really glow, much more than they appeared to in the picture.
