They charge me almost $400 for a dishwasher part. I ordered it they say 3 days and it turns to 3 weeks. The guys installed it and since then it never worked. The guy didn't want to check or give money back. Absolute ripoff. Don't ever trust these guys the worst experience ever!

Service was terrible. My lg WD 1219 front load washer needs new gasket... They've order the part on two separate occasion but each time Wrong part has been sent. I'm not getting any responses to my queries. My advice to others is ...... Not to use them go elsewhere.....

Running a busy cafe, it is critical that my fridges are in perfect working order. Following some problems with our old fridges I had JD Refrigeration install a set of new fridges. What a great decision - they run smoothly and faultlessly, so I don't have to worry about any problems with food spoiling. Thanks JD!

Test And Go were extremely professional and diligent in their electrical testing and tagging of our new business. Thanks to them, there is no electrocution risk for any of our staff and we are legally following occupational health and safety standards. highly recommend them to anyone starting new businesses in Perth!

When our Electrolux fridge broke down, we called Appliance Repairs and they came to us promptly and efficiently to help fix the fridge. After they had finished, they offered us a 12 month warranty on the repairs, which we thought represented great value for money. From now on, if any of our appliances break, we now to call these guys! I highly recommended them to everyone in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

Couldn't of been happier with the prompt, willing to work under any challenge, anything that can be done will be done attitude the boys offered and delivered. There fridge magnet is sticking high on my fridge, ready to call them for whenever I have any more issues at my house.

I have never dealt with this service before but located them on the internet when I was looking for an LG part for my top load washing machine. I contacted Rob at his business, for advice in locating a spare parts LG dealer and hoping he could assist me in providing the part. He stated that he didn't deal in the parts but gave me a number of contacts, Melbourne wide, who may be able to assist. In this day and age of 'looking after number one', it's refreshing to get this service over the phone. From my short dealings I was very impressed with his attitude and assistance.
