    Excellent. Picked up problems at the early stages and offerred practical advice to the builder, for which we are most grateful. Mr. Croucher will listen and will give reasons if what is suggested is not acceptable. His intentions are that the homeowner will end up with a good product and that his minimum standards are thereby maintained.

    We have had 2 structural engineering reports completed by this company over the past 5 years. One was on a 3 storey residence and the other on a commercial development. Both reports were of a very high standard and very comprehensive. Highly recommend this service.
