For once I actually love getting up to train, I cant wait till the next session! Shane trains you in such an encouraging and positive way that you actually have fun whilst you are pushing yourself to the limit. I feel so much more fitter, stronger, healthier and have a lot more energy. I encourage everyone to try Green Fitness, you will not regret it!!

I've done the 12 week challenge of bootcamp and I've actually enjoyed it! Thank you Shane, for putting up with my: whinging, huffing, puffing and complaining. Shane has been motivating, without being aggressive and it's his positive attitude that keeps me going. I've had trainers before, and i just got bored. The mix of beach and park sessions has been good. I plan to continue through the winter mornings..I'll be thankful come Summer!

Great personal training sessions! Mixes it up each time so it's always different... Really like its cardio & weights so you get fit & toned. The group sessions are also really good, small groups so you get lots of tips and checks during the exercises!

I have been training with Shane at Green Fitness for almost 12 weeks now and I couldn't be happier! The sessions are well panned and organised and Shane is very knowledgeable. I have been to many personal trainers and Shane is by far the best one I have been to yet. The sessions are hard how they should be but they are also fun - lots of laughs! And all at such great value. I couldn't recommend Green Fitness highly enough!!

after buying a $150 pair of sandshoes 2 days later stitching came undone. i returned with docket only to be told by manager no refund and fault had to be notice before wearing and basically was told it up to him if i got refund that there was no policy in place. i was belittled and the manager came up with lots of excuses . finally after half hour of this i was given refund and basically kicked out of store.
