Would have to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For no apparent reason the manager refused to fix our bag (a repair via Virgin Australia), told us to get out of his store, and then threatened to call the police. He became quite irrational and rude as soon as we said we didn't want to replace the bag, and would prefer to have it repaired (just needed a wheel replaced). I will never return to this store, and advise others to look elsewhere.

The staff and owners were very good spending quality time and ensuring my kids were looked after too. I will definately be shopping here again. Their was a major truck incident outside the wharehouse So my kids and i were trapped and could not drive home. Dave and staff made sure i was comfortable and pointed out a place i could feed the kids while waiting for the gridlock of trucks to clear. Thankyou.

If you love Dutch sweets and other foods then you should visit Brighton Road Brighton. It has a shop that sells Dutch foods that you surely love. I'm a Dutch foods lover and this shop is my haven and I'm so glad that I found it.

Amazing product. Great for walks, after exercise and prefect for my dog when he goes in the mud. I use them all the time, just keep them in the glove box of the car and pull them out (daily). So easy to use and so refreshing. Easy to order online and the service is excellent. H2no, where have you been all my life....

Fed up. I purchased 900kg black and gold cheese which went mouldy 1 day later despite having a much longer. I made 4 phone calls of a period of weeks to get a refund. over a month later I received a very bland letter but no refund. 2 months later still waiting for my refund despite having spoken to the writer of the letter who promised to issue a refund. Not happy, appauling service.

I really enjoy Lingham's chilli sauce, product of Malaysia. Unfortunately I am having great difficulty purchasing this product and would appreciate it, if you could advise me where in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne I could get more of this sauce. It is very tasty in so far as it is sweet but hot a lovely combination and is exceptionally nice of pasta, casseroles, rissoles and is lovely on spring rolls.

This website has the best range of bow hunting gear I have ever come across. My dad & I have been bow hunters for nearly 5 years and it has always been hard to find good bow hunting equipment at reasonable prices. Thank You

Bad customer service. Not sure how the other staffs at Wellington Army Surplus in Perth treats their potential customers but three of my friends that were with me aren't impressed with the one of their staffs who was serving us. He just can't be bothered explaining the product he was selling. While i was paying for my purchase one of my friends saw the person who served us rattling to another staff member behind my back! Rude and arrogant !!! My friend and i will definitely NOT recommend anyone to shop at Wellington Army Surplus in Perth, Ever!!!! This is my first time and will be the last time going to this store!!!
