The 1st time I went my instructor was so rude, he made me feel stupid he really spoke down to people. 2nd time I went I got a lady trainer, she was very nice but had no idea what she was doing. Her training made no sense, plus she trained with her german shepherd and at one stage he lunged out of her grip and attacked another dog in a different training group. I was left with the feeling - what am I doing here, this trainer has a very agressive dog she can't control and she doesn't seem to know what she is doing

We have left our Labrador with Abbotswood a number of times now. They have always been very good & accommodating about any special needs. Our dog always comes back from there in a happy state.
