Worst customer service I have ever received! I would give them 0 stars if that was possible! When he arrived, I was told it would be $124 more than the price I had been quoted over the phone. When I questionned this, he was incredibly rude and we ended up agreeing that he would only clean one room (as the voucher was prepaid). He did a terrible job and left the carpet soaking wet so I had to get another company to fix the job!

I organised for Darren to come round about a year ago after another company did a no-show. I would not consider using anyone else. Darren is extremely friendly and always does a great job. I have him round every 3-4 months just before our rental inspection. He is always on time and I would highly recommend him.

My wife hates carpet cleaning and since I'm also busy with my work, I hired Payless to do it for us on a regular basis. I love how our home, especially our living room, looks. Our carpet are really clean and it smells great!

Carpet Cleaning has always been a problem to me. It is a very tedious task and it actually requires a thorough cleaning. My husband is so meticulous on the appearance of our house especially our carpet. Good thing a friend suggested me to avail the service of a carpet cleaner. I never had problems with carpet cleaning since then!

I live up in Brisbane and last week hosted a wonderful birthday party, however from that I had wine, food and all sorts of dirt covering my lightly coloured carpet. Luckily I found Straight-Up Carpet Cleaning who did such a wonderful job removing all the stains and dirt, I was so impressed with their work which fitted right in with my budget. Highly Recommended!

If you are from Marrickville then you don't need to worry about having your properties turn into ashes. All you have to do is avail the services of fire retardants from your place. I did and now I do not worry anymore that my office and home will burn. :)

Darren From Straight-up Carpet Cleaning done a fantastic job thanks so much carpets look and smell great dried quite quick very happy. Very satisfied with the steam cleaning, I've recommended it to all my friends in Brisbane!

please DO NOT use this company. They are falsely advertising their services. Both on their webpage and via Living Social they are offering 3 rooms cleaned for $59. They arrive then tell you that you now owe them $340 for their services. Claiming the $59 is taken off the total price. Living social have been alerted to this scam and are offering refunds.

What can I say about Chem Dry Metro. I had them clean my couches and they did a fantastic job. When they were finished my couches looked brand new. Their staff were on time, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Chem Dry Metro to everyone.

The carpet and mattresses in our home were long overdue for a good clean, and thanks to the professionals at Health Protect International in Bundaberg, our carpets and mattresses are now as good as new! And all at a very affordable price!! Highly recommend this business.

Hi all, Carpet Genie did a really great job cleaning our carpet at home. The service is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The clean itself is extraordinary, with no toxins and it just leaves a good feeling. I was able to walk the carpet straight after cleaning. I surely recommend Carpet Genie. Thank you.

I was so impressed with the wonderful job Wayne did of cleaning our very stained 20yr old carpet. After he had finished it was hard to believe it was the same carpet! He was very pleasant to do business with and I also love the fact that this company uses a plant based cleaning product and I highly recommend Carpet Genie
