    Very poor service. Ordered 3 items. 2 took several weeks to arrive. Final item never arrived. Company did not respond to several emails. Finally responded and sent replacement item which didn't arrive either. Recieved rude email from company stating I could arrange re-delivery "at own expense" -claiming I did not respond to courier calling card (which was not recieved either time) Requested refund instead of replacement and recieved rude email in reponse.

    I find the Brisway Street Directory excellent for finding where you are going and very informative about places of interest and business....must have when travelling locally !!
