I have had nothing but problems with this company. I paid my money and for over a year they haven't delivered what they promised. now I am trying to get a refund and they never return calls, or emails. I had my friends join up and they are $5000 out of pocket with NO results. Customer service is non existant - they transfer the calls overseas and rarely call you back. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
In my opinion STAY AWAY.
I've tried to cancel the subscription as per website, yet the funds have tried to be taken 3 times. Within 24 hours I received 3 emails, the final of which was I was liable for all debt collection costs....for a service I didn't want.
I mistakenly agreed last year for 1 yr service. Within one week I was well ranked, but it dissolved into nothing very rapidly. Any attempt to contact my account manager failed. It seems they just want your money. No plans to service.
Have never dealt with a more frustrating business before. In my opinion completely misleading and difficult to contact! Being ambiguous about how to cancel your renewal and then making our decision to cancel our contract an insanely difficult process. Still trying to cancel the contract! From my view I cannot stress enough DO NOT USE PUBLICITY MONSTER EVER!!!
