Communication prior to that day was extremely rude, service upon arrival was unprofessional, ignorant and abrasive. Do NOT recommend at all. He wouldn't listen to our concerns, or issues regarding the aircon, may as well have been talking to a condescending brick wall. ”

“Disgusting service-Calls were NEVER returned;it took almost TWO MONTHS of telephoning to get them to come up with even some sort of answer.When the aircon unit was finally installed they charged us an extra $250 in GST, left two unsealed holes in both brick walls, didn't bolt the outside unit to the ground, as well as "removed" the air-filters with the unit. It ended up costing us about $500 more than the usual electrical retailers-DO NOT deal with these people under any circumstances.
