“Disgusting service-Calls were NEVER returned;it took almost TWO MONTHS of telephoning to get them to come up with even some sort of answer.When the aircon unit was finally installed they charged us an extra $250 in GST, left two unsealed holes in both brick walls, didn't bolt the outside unit to the ground, as well as "removed" the air-filters with the unit. It ended up costing us about $500 more than the usual electrical retailers-DO NOT deal with these people under any circumstances.
