Ambience Air in Bibra Lake were the smartest choice we made when our evaporative air conditioner needed replacing. Joe quoted promptly and there was no pressure placed on us. The team in the office were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The job was done well and on time. Any problems were resolved quickly and I would highly recommend Ambience Air Bibra Lake.

Initial site visit for quotation was very good - however over a week has gone by and have had to follow up with sales rep 3 times with numerous missed promises for the quote and still no quotation? - so we have went elsewhere. Communication very poor, understand they maybe busy but a simple text or email would be expecteds as a minimum to explain and don't make multiple promises and not deliver - if this is sales service does not bode well for after sales - very disappointed
