My family and I have used this business multiple times over the past 5 years. The drivers have always been pleasant and on time, but the staff that take bookings and calls, (mainly one woman who always seems to answer the calls/emails) are quite abrupt and rude. They seem to lack any customer service skills which is obviously the key when offering a service! Will not be using again. Not recommended!
