“My family and I have used this business multiple times over the past 5 years. The drivers have always been pleasant and on time, but the staff that take bookings and calls, (mainly one woman who always seems to answer the calls/emails) are quite abrupt and rude. They seem to lack any customer service skills which is obviously the key when offering a service! Will not be using again. Not recommended!”

“Meet and Greet service for $15! Not bad at all. I had heaps of luggage so the whole time i was worried it was gonna cause me problems, but the driver was so helpful, he was fantastic! The bus drops you off to the hotel and your don't change buses so its handy.
