I watched as she yanked and shoved dogs until they yelped and heard her throw a dog in a cage out the back until it yelped & my dog had no access to water or to urinate for the 3 hrs he was there”

He is back with his old groomer who never had a problem with him before, but say he is a different dog now. “I have a problem dog. She was rescued from a very abusive home and has quite a few issues. She is terrified of being washed and groomed and reacts by biting.They have been so patient with her. They give her time to calm down and never give up on her.I cannot praise Mudgee Dog-A-Cise highly enough. She always comes away looking clean, well groomed and smelling sweet. Anyone looking at her would never guess how difficult the whole process has been!! ”

“DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. My dog ended up with third degree burns which required several surgeries under general anaesthetic and skin grafts. The owner will not accept responsibility (after realising that her insurance has lapsed) even after speaking to both vets that have treated my poor dog over several months. My dog remains heavily scarred all over her abdomen. An extremely distressing experience for everyone involved. ”
