I watched as she yanked and shoved dogs until they yelped and heard her throw a dog in a cage out the back until it yelped & my dog had no access to water or to urinate for the 3 hrs he was there”

They give her time to calm down and never give up on her.I cannot praise Mudgee Dog-A-Cise highly enough. She always comes away looking clean, well groomed and smelling sweet. “DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. My dog ended up with third degree burns which required several surgeries under general anaesthetic and skin grafts. The owner will not accept responsibility (after realising that her insurance has lapsed) even after speaking to both vets that have treated my poor dog over several months. My dog remains heavily scarred all over her abdomen. An extremely distressing experience for everyone involved. ”
