“Beware -do not sell to these people. They took advantage of me while I was grieving for my father. I did not realize the value of the silver, crystal, glassware, porcelain which belonged to my parents and grand-parents and made the huge mistake of trusting these people that they would give me a fair price. I since found out that they gave me less than 10% of the value. I wrote to them but the did not respond so have written to Consumer Affairs Victoria.”

Recently I brought in my engagement ring for resizing and I've been meaning to write to thank you for the most wonderful service.
We got engaged on the Saturday and I brought my ring in on the Monday morning. The ladies made the whole experience so fabulous with their enthusiasm about the ring (it was my grandmothers ring - sapphire with old mine cut diamonds - and I didn't know much about it at all) and by going the extra mile to get the ring back as quickly as possible because I was nervous about leaving it.
