“I've used MTV twice now. The first expereince was great but the second was a disaster from the beginning to what will hopefully one day end. In the two years between when I first used them and now, the showroom has become dirty and messy; the service has gone from being excellent and immediate to waiting around for ages for someone with not enough knowledge or enthusiasm to help; promises to call with information or up-dates that never happen and then when the delivery does finally arrive it doesn't include everything you've paid for. The difference is disappointly unbelievable!”
