“Don't deal with them. Came to service our in-deck spa as it's leaking. Told us the pump leaked (said he saw it!) When he came back and put the pump back, the spa still leaked. He came out one more time, complained endlessly then told us to locate the leak ourselves and call him back?!! Suffice to say he never came back, and has refused since to answer our calls or our texts.I would not go anywhere near these people unless you want to be ripped off :(”

“Nu Pride has not supported its NSW contractor when complaints about poor initial workmanship were made. The bath had bubbles in the finish, orange peel in some areas and scratches before the resurfacing were still visible. The surface started to come off after about a month's use.
The warranty stated is worthless.
Do not use this company in Victoria or NSW.
I have had to engage another company to re do the bath.
All efforts to settle this matter have failed.”
