I waited 10m out the front of the salon and then called and she said she was 5m away. I waited 25m in total and still she didn't come. What a waste of time. I'm assuming she's not the owner as the owner would not be turning customers away...”

“Laibas was very disappointing. After my full head of foils, I had a very noticeable 'headband' of regrowth. When I showed them pictures I was told "when you do foils this regrowth is normal". Well yes, it's why I keep getting foils done! Not only did they not offer to fix it, they were quite dismissive. I had to get another hairdresser to fix/do it properly. I wouldn't go here. They are more interested in making a quick dollar than delivering quality hair care and customer service. ”

Omg I got a scoopon on deal hair foils / balayage colour, cut and blow dry my hair turned orange and is damaged and she try to fix by putting some ash colour but it went brassy and she was in a hurry wen washing hair she didn't condition it My hair was like straw I said can u put conditioner she was indian then dried hair the Asian girl did the curls were done very bad N my ends were brittle I looked ridiculous they won't fix it”
