Unfortunately after being a loyal clients for many years, I can no longer recommend this salon and Nina the owner.

Our last conversation in Jan 2022 was about vaccination. I am always very respectful when discussing vaccination but she was unreasonably upset to the point that she said if we were to continue this conversation, she would need to walk out.

Our next scheduled appointment in February, she did not show and did not tell me that she was going to give me to her staff. Anne is a lovely person but not especially good with nails, I went ahead, paid the usual price and got a sub-standard service (not Anne's fault).

Two days before our next scheduled appointment March 2022, Nina simply texted and advised she will be taking leave for 2 weeks and shutting the shop. Absolutely no apology and did not offer any rebooking of services. I was left scrambling trying to find someone in a short period of time.

After being a loyal customers for at least 5+ years, and had recommended her to various people, I can't believe I was being treated like my business did not matter.

Very disappointed with the service, regardless of her skills, I simply cannot recommend anyone to use this business anymore.

I have been seeing Nina and Anne for over a year for gel manicures - both do a beautiful job! It is always a lovely experience and I’m happy to have a more natural product. Gorgeous colours to choose from. Highly recommend!
