    “We purchased a king bed, timber bed head, bedside draws and tallboys. The service was good when we purchased and bed turned up on time. All the timber products where I believe made in Vietnam and quality seemed alright until we tried to get rid of the smell of the varnish. 2 months on and numerous phone calls of complaint and promises to investigate have come to nothing. The smell is that bad it gives us headaches if the windows and door is closed. I will probably end up throwing $4000 worth of drawers and bed head down the tip as I don't expect anything to be resolved this far down the track. Would never recommend this company again; buy from a company where they use reputable manufacturers that don't use cheap varnish, lacquers, etc.

The employee had no knowledge of the different types of mattresses available and could only talk about 2 or 3 mattresses that he sold. It was a huge waste of time and i felt very unwanted and do not recommend anyone visit this store if you require good customer service.”

    “Bad customer service when lodge in warranty claims. $70.00 fee charge applied for a call out -- inspection check which never aplled in the past.

    Mattress not provides to the satisfied level of Guarrantee up to the numbers of years 5-18 yeards as specified when purchased.

    Condition on the Guarantee card changes over the years and not the same as the date purchase.

    Overall, not going to recommend any friends to purchase Sleepeezee.
