We purchased a king bed, timber bed head, bedside draws and tallboys. The service was good when we purchased and bed turned up on time. All the timber products where I believe made in Vietnam and quality seemed alright until we tried to get rid of the smell of the varnish. 2 months on and numerous phone calls of complaint and promises to investigate have come to nothing. The smell is that bad it gives us headaches if the windows and door is closed. I will probably end up throwing $4000 worth of drawers and bed head down the tip as I don't expect anything to be resolved this far down the track. Would never recommend this company again; buy from a company where they use reputable manufacturers that don't use cheap varnish, lacquers, etc.
