Very poor after sales service.

Very disappointing experience. Had to constantly call them to find out what was happening. Took almost 10 weeks to get our 4 blinds made after we were told it would only take 2 weeks. When they finally came out it wasnt until 6pm on a friday night and they didnt have all the parts to finish the job. We found that they never return your calls or get back to you. Ultimately full of empty promises.
