“I have 2 dogs one requires daily medication and is stressed easily. I booked my two into Bathurst Boarding Kennels I live in Sydney. The dogs were picked up from Dural and transported for their fortnights stay.
my dogs were returned in perfect condition. They are terribly spoilt and its very obvious if they havent had similar treatment They were clean and happy. Very happy. Thankyou Bathurst Boarding Kennels. ”

“This vet misdiagnosed my dog with a soft muscle injury when she in fact was suffering from ACL. The delay in treatment and incorrect medication caused my dog's condition to continually worsen until I finally consulted another vet who confirmed my suspicions that my dog's injury was in fact more serious.”

“I put my dog in this kennel for 10 days. The owner said if your dog is dirty when you deliver it on the first day, then that is the way you will pick it up. If it is clean on the first day, then it will be clean when it is picked up. My dog was clean when I dropped her off...
I got my dog back soaked in urine and her hair was stiff and yellow. I did not say anything to the owner I was so upset.
10 days was $170, but she charged me $221, I do not know why. I will never go there again.”

“Left my dog and two cats here. Fees reasonable, no add-on costs or hidden costs, which I appreciate. Premium food and friendly staff. Hot food for pixi my dog no extra cost and even those expensive little cans for mogmog and timms the cats all included in price. Really happy, worth the trip up from Sydney. I travel from Kingsgrove to the Blue mountains pet resort at Blackheath and it's well worth the trip. Pets are all happy. ”

“I was impressed the first time I put my 2 dogs in but the second time I was completely disgusted with the service and how I got my dogs back. They had lost weight and were distressed. I experienced terrible customer service and my family and I received several abusive phone calls from the managers of the kennel. I will never again put my dogs in the facility.”

“Please consider your dogs needs before leaving at these. Kennels. Our dogs are house dogs and did not fare well for the 3 week period. Our old dog was extremely under the weather and her arthritic joints needed veterinary care on return home and the small dog was covered in bites. These were of an unknown cause. Their personalities were melancholy and subdued and both dogs were filthy. We did not consider the time factor well enough for dogs that were house dogs.”

“our 8 dogs lost avearge 4-7kg in during the 15 days stay in there. all dogs came home were shows ribs, back bones, hip bones. They don't give enough water and food, in fact, they give bore water not fresh water. they are not dog lovers, only care about money, we have taken them to consumer tribunal. This kennel should be shut down as they don't know how to look after people's pets.”

“The first time that my dog went there he came home traumatised and extremely frightened of the hose WHAT DID THEY DO TO CAUSE THIS?? I also had to pay a full day extra because they were not open to pick him up in the morning .Initially I was told by a new recruit the incorrect cost $17.50 per day which became $20 X 10days! They also lost his medication and then miraculously found it when they were asked to replace it. I am not happy and will not ever be caught again !”

“i have not utilized the kennels as yet, but what i have seen and heard i am impressed. i helped at a dog boarding kennel on the central coast for 5 years, the owner is now 90 years old, a wonderful lady who still breeds her cocker spaniels, and feeds up every night. so i suppose this is not a true review, but no harm in saying coronation kennels are one of the most impressive.”
