Made an appointment then were late so i had to go. said they'd come later that day but didn't turn up. didn't reply to messages but still sent the automated follow up asked if i was selling that day - i explained we were leaving the country in 2 weeks (exactly the scenario they describe on their website) but they said they wouldn't bother. don't waste your time”
