Cocky and arrogant. And the fees are exorbitant. To give you an idea, I was quoted about $6,000 just to setup a family trust plus to 2 other business names. I was told each tax filing is about $2,000 per year. So I estimated it would cost me $12,000 a year just to use their service to incorporate a trust fund, basically, and to file my taxes. I went searching around and there are a dime and a dozen companies that offer better service, more knowledgeable, friendly, and is a third of their fees! I had a friend who received an invoice of more than $500 from them because they took a call from the ATO on his behalf.
