Incompetent, unprofessional and absolute waste of time and money. They try to fool people around by presenting simple straight forward things complex and charge customer.
These guys don’t have any sense of customer service. They’re only good for those who have minimal understanding of taxation and completely rely on someone else.
Avoid these guys as there are enough decent accountants out there, offering way better service, right advise and deserve your time and money.
I made a mistake by choosing these guys as my accountant and I can completely relate to other 1 star reviews. Within 6 months I switched to another firm and realised the difference.
